Kiwi fruit Marketing and Licensing Regulations 1977
PURSUANT to the requirements of the Kiwifruit Marketing and Licensing Regulations 1977, and the establishment of a Kiwifruit Marketing and Licensing Authority, kiwifruit growers in all geographical areas are advised that the electoral roll for the Northern and Southern Wards will be made available for inspection over a period of 14 days from 21 December to 11 January 1978 during normal office hours at the following places: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries offices in: Whangarei; Auckland; Tauranga; Palmerston North; Whakatane; Opotiki; Gisborne; Hastings; Nelson; and in Te Puke at Central Post Office, Jellicoe Street; and in Wellington, Office of New Zealand Citrus and Subtropical Council Inc., Huddart Parker Buildings, Second Floor, Custom House Quay.

Assigning the Foreshore Licence Authorising Julian Holdings Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Boat Landing in Helensville Creek at Helensville
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act, 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 14 March 1977* authorising Julian Holdings Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Helensville Creek at Helensville, is hereby assigned to Reginald Trevor Thirkettle.

Licensing Auckland City Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Waitemata Harbour at St. Heliers Bay as a Site for a Boat Launching Ramp
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Auckland City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Waitemata Harbour, at St. Heliers Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. 11530, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport, at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat launching ramp, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day of July 1977.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Exemption of Certain Motor Vehicles from the Height Restrictions for Rear Lamps and Reflectors
PURSUANT to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts until 1 November 1978, motor vehicles of the type specified in the Schedule hereto from the requirements of regulations 60 (2) (a), 61 (2) (a), 62 (2) and 63 (2) (a), of the said regulations in regard to the maximum height that rear lamps and reflectors shall be mounted above the ground.
SCHEDULE
Fire appliances operated by the New Zealand Fire Service, and first registered before 1 February 1977.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles (Other than Heavy Goods Service Vehicles) in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1976
PURSUANT to regulation 88 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of regulation 62 (3) of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TAIL lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors having moulded on the outward face of each lens:
"GMR19" "158" "GM" Part No. "9944333" "RD No. 69916" and fitted as standard equipment to Holden Sunbird motor vehicles.

National Roads BoardβNotice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway 3, New Plymouth to Inglewood section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 6 of Plan M.O.W. 15023 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 17 February 1969*, made pursuant to the said section 4, in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway, for its full width commencing at the junction of the northern boundary of part sections 768A, 768, and 769 (C.T. 127/122), with the road reserve boundary and extending southwards for 340 metres.

National Roads BoardβNotice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway 6, Teal Bridge to Nelson City section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of Plan L.A. 54/45/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 15 October 1975*, made pursuant to the said Section 4, in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one-half of its width on the northern side extending across the full width of the frontage of part Section 17, Suburban North District, held in certificate of title 2A/1229.
