Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order made by the Kiwitea County
Council, on the 19th day of October 1977, is hereby
published:

SPECIAL ORDER
That in exercise of the power conferred on it by section
3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Kiwitea County
Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the
plant named boxthorn (Lycium ferocissimum syn. Lycium
horridum) be, and is hereby declared to be, a noxious weed
within the district of the County of Kiwitea.
