Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hastings City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (drainage) and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hastings, in trust, for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Kawakawa Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Kawakawa Domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.

Lyttelton Harbour Electric Lines Licence 1961, Amendment No. 2

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Lyttelton Harbour Electric Lines Licence 1961*, as amended by the amendment specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the schedule thereto the following clause:

“3. A line commencing at a point on the Board’s boundary and proceeding in an easterly direction for approximately 7 metres to a new substation in the borough of Lyttelton’s supply area and situated on Cashin Quay back road realignment all being in Block IV, Sumner Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown on a plan marked N.Z.E.D. 948/1, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”
