Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of November 1977.

Declaration That the Kotare Domain shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Kotare Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
