PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1955, I, David Spence Thomson, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice (No. 6), 1977.
- The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation for the purposes of the Marriage Act 1955.

The Traffic (Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1977
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1977.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated the 22nd day of October 1975†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Taieri County at Fairfield, is hereby revoked.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HAMILTON CITY
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 2nd day of November 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 113, 4 November 1976, page 2494, to be amended firstly, by omitting from the declaration the words “S. 178479 and S. 228587” and substituting the words “S. 178479, S. 228587 and S. 237555,” and secondly by inserting in the schedule after the words “C.T. 2011/15” the words “Subject to lease S. 237555,”.

Price Order No. 73 (Imported Cornsacks)
PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter Edward Donovan, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:
- This order may be cited as Price Order No. 73 and shall come into force on the 18th day of November 1977.
- (1) Price Order No. 33* is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This order applies with respect to sales by way of retail of all imported cornsacks other than secondhand cornsacks sold in New Zealand.
FIXING MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICES OF CORNSACKS TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
- (1) The maximum retail price that may be charged or received for any cornsacks to which this order applies shall be determined as follows:
(a) For cornsacks sold “ex wharf” at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, or Bluff, and which landed in New Zealand at one of the said ports before the 10th day of August 1977: For 94 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $4.52 per ten; for 104 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $4.95 per ten; for 116 cm by 58 cm cornsacks $5.42 per ten; for 122 cm by 67 cm cornsacks $6.41 per ten.
(b) For cornsacks sold “ex wharf”, at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, or Bluff, and which landed in New Zealand at one of the said ports on or after the 10th day of August 1977: For 94 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $5.28 per ten; for 104 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $5.67 per ten; for 116 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $6.35 per ten; for 122 cm by 67 cm cornsacks, $7.59 per ten.
(c) For cornsacks sold “ex store” at one of the ports mentioned in paragraph (a) hereof, and which landed in New Zealand before the 10th day of August 1977: For 94 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $4.60 per ten; for 116 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $5.50 per ten; for 122 cm by 67 cm cornsacks, $6.49 per ten.
(d) For cornsacks sold by a retailer carrying on business elsewhere than at one of the ports mentioned in paragraph (a) hereof, and which landed in New Zealand before the 10th day of August 1977, the maximum price shall be the appropriate price fixed by paragraph (c) hereof, increased by the appropriate proportion of the freight charges incurred by the retailer in obtaining delivery from such one of the said places as is most convenient of access to his store; provided that, where any cornsacks to which this paragraph applies are obtained by the retailer elsewhere than from such one of the said places that is most convenient of access to his store, the increase authorised by this paragraph shall not exceed the appropriate proportion of the freight charges that would have been incurred by the retailer if the cornsacks had been obtained from that place and if delivery had been effected by the holder of a goods-service licence under the Transport Act 1962 at authorised rates.
(e) For cornsacks sold “ex store” at one of the ports mentioned in paragraph (a) hereof and which landed in New Zealand on or after the 10th day of August 1977, for 94 cm by 58 cm cornsacks $5.37 per ten; for 104 cm by 58 cm cornsacks, $5.75 per ten; for
