Register of Licences Issued under the Moneylenders Act 1908
PURSUANT to regulation 24 of the Moneylenders Regulations 1934, notice is hereby given of the following additional registered office for Queensland Investments Ltd., issued under licence No. 16641, on 1 April 1977, at the Magistrateβs Court in Auckland:

On and from 16 June 1977 the above licence holder is authorised to carry on business as a moneylender at Fifth Floor, ANZ Building, corner of Queen and Victoria Streets, Auckland, as an additional place of business.

On and from 24 June 1977, the place of business at Second Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street, Auckland, is hereby abandoned.

Licensing John Read Bloomfield to Occupy a Site for a Mooring at Waihau Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit
John Read Bloomfield
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a site for a mooring at Waihau Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 31 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
The licence of 22 August 1977*, authorising John Read Bloomfield to occupy a site for a mooring at Waihau Bay, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of May 1977.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum so payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Notice is hereby given as follows:
That on the 28th day of October 1977, pursuant to section 8 of the Trustee Savings Banks Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General was pleased to appoint:
Colvin Preston Evitt
as a trustee of the Bay of Plenty Savings Bank for the residue of the term of office of Ronald Garnett Toulson, who has resigned.

Masterton Borough, Masterton County, and Eketahuna County.

Wairarapa South and Featherston counties, Carterton, Featherston, Greytown, and Martinborough boroughs.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Waipa Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Waipa Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
From Kawhia a line drawn eastwards to Pirongia then northwards to Ngahinepouri extending eastwards to Kaipaki and the Waikato River then south-eastwards bypassing the southern edge of Leamington then on to Arohena; then westward to Hangatiki (south of Otorohanga) then across to Te Maika on the west coast.
