Designation of Piako Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Piako Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Piako Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

A line north of Ngarua, west to Kereone and out to boundary east of Te Miro, up to Tauhei and then eastwards through the Hapaukohe Range in a straight line to Karangahake following the boundary line south to Gordon and back again to Ngarua.

Designation of Pakuranga Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Pakuranga Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Pakuranga Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

From Mellons Bay, east of Eastern Beach, to west and including Bucklands Beach up the east coastline of Tamaki River to uppermost point of Pakuranga Creek to Guys Road to East Tamaki Road, across to Point View Drive to Maungamaungaroa Creek, south to Calthwells Road to the corner of Old Whitford Road and Sandstone Road, to the corner of Whitford Park Road to Ara-Katanga Road, then south-east of Magazine Bay on the Maraetai Coast, and from Mellons Bay east of Bleakhouse Road along Hutchinsons Road to Pakuranga Road, southern side, to east of Cromdale Avenue to south of Union Road to east of Whitford Road to Golders Place to east of Sandpit Road to north of Churchill Road to south-east of Cockle Bay, i.e., excluding the Howick Borough.
