Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the Gladstone district and their descendants and the descendants of the Maori people who have resided there in the past.

Court Order Confiscating Motor Vehicle: Michael Thomas McNamara

PURSUANT to section 44D (3) of the Criminal Justice Amendment Act (No. 2) 1976, notice is hereby given that an order in respect of Michael Thomas McNamara was made in the Magistrate's Court at Wellington, on 15 September 1977, for the confiscation of a 1956 Vauxhall motor vehicle, model EIP, registration No. CI 6171.

The car was ordered to be delivered to the Chief Bailiff, at the Magistrate's Court in Wellington, within 24 hours of the order being made.
