S. 16376; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that lot to its northern corner; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Lot 10, D.P. Secondly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, containing 53 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection in Part Lot 8, D.P. S.. 8603, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, of the middle of the Kirikiriroa Stream with the middle line of the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway as defined by New Zealand Gazette, 1969, page 1160, the said intersection being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 172, and proceeding south-easterly along the said middle line to its intersection with the northern boundary of Part Lot 4, D.P. 12521; thence easterly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Allotment 127A, Kirikiriroa Parish, to the western side of Tramway Road; thence southerly along that side and the western side of Crosby Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 32102; thence easterly to and along that boundary to and southerly along the eastern boundary of that lot and Lots 2 to 5, D.P. 32102, to a point 45.26 metres north of and perpendicular to the northern side of Carr Road; thence westerly along right lines parallel to and 45.26 metres north-east of and perpendicular to the north-eastern side of a public road connecting Tramway Road with Crosby Road to the south-eastern side of the said Crosby Road; thence south-westerly along that side to the westernmost corner of Lot 10, D.P. Thirdly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, containing 39 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 16908, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 172, and proceeding easterly along a right line bearing 69° 18′ for a distance of 714 metres; thence southerly along a right line bearing 163° to the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 24745; thence easterly along that boundary to and southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 2 to the northern corner of Powells Road, aforesaid; thence westerly along that side to the south-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. S. 24745, aforesaid; thence northerly along the western boundary of that lot to its north-western corner; thence westerly along the northern boundary of Lot 255, D.P. S. 14932, the end of Raymond Street, the northern boundaries of Lot 263, D.P. S. 14931, and Lots 136, 135, 133, and 132, D.P. Fourthly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, containing 2 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the western corner of Part Allotment 290, Kirikiriroa Parish, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of the said Part Allotment 290 and Lot 2, D.P. S. 7353, to the middle of the Mangaonua Stream; thence generally southerly along the middle of that stream to its intersection with the south-western boundary of the said Part Allotment 290; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

AREAS TO BE EXCLUDED FROM WAIPA COUNTY AND INCLUDED IN HAMILTON CITY
Firstly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 320 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway with the production north-easterly of the north-western side of that part of Avalon Drive forming the south-eastern boundary of Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 16460, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, the said point being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 172, and proceeding south-westerly along the said production to the south-western side of the said Avalon Drive; thence north-westerly along that south-western side to the northern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 24747, and along a right line to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 8487, to the western corner of that lot; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence north-westerly along that side to a point in Block XII, Newcastle Survey District, in line with the north-western side of Ruffell Road; thence north-easterly along that side, crossing the North Island Main Trunk Railway, State Highway 1, and Pukete Road, to the northern side of the said Pukete Road; thence easterly along that side to the south-western corner of Allotment 4B, Pukete Parish; thence northerly along the western boundaries of that allotment and Allotment 4A, Pukete Parish, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River; thence south-easterly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern side of Pukete Road forming the western boundaries of Lots 1, D.P. S. 5792, 5 to 13, D.P. S. 13266 and 14 to 18, D.P. S. 13860; thence southerly to and along the said eastern side to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 11319; thence westerly to and along that boundary, the northern boundaries of Part Lot 28 and Lot 43, D.P. S. 11319, Part Lot 3, Deeds Plan 346, and the generally northern boundaries of Part Lot 4, Deeds Plan 346, and the land on D.P. 12039 to the south-eastern side of Church Road; thence south-westerly along that side, crossing State Highway 1 and the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the south-western side of the said railway; thence south-easterly along that side to the point of commencement.
Secondly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 193 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 34866, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 172, and proceeding north-westerly along the south-western side of Rotokauri Road to the eastern corner of Part Allotment 56, Pukete Parish; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said Part 56 to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7548; thence south-westerly along a right line across that road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 5, D.P. S. 15148; thence generally north-westerly along the northern boundary of that lot, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. S. 15148, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the north-western side of Rotokauri Road; thence south-westerly along that side to the southern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 13667; thence westerly and northerly along that boundary and the western boundary of the land shown on D.P. 12120 to the north-western corner of that parcel; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the land on D.P. 12120, aforesaid, to a point in line with the north-western side of Lee Road; thence north-easterly along that side to and easterly along the end of the said Lee Road and the northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 12201, Lots 2 and 1, D.P.
