S. 18556, to the southern corner of that lot; thence north-easterly and south-easterly along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the land on D.P. 9024 to the southern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 10909; thence south-westerly and south-easterly along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Part Lot 75, D.P. S. 9235, and the south-western boundary of Lot 13, D.P. S. 18153, to the north-western side of Dominion Road; thence north-easterly along that side to a point in line with the north-eastern side of Oak Avenue; thence south-westerly along that side and the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 11, D.P. Fourthly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 17 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Waikato River and the Mangakotukutuku Stream in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, p. 172, and proceeding generally southerly up the middle of the said Mangakotukutuku Stream to the intersection of the north-eastern side of Peacocks Road, in Block II, Hamilton Survey District; thence south-easterly along the said roadside to a point 45.26 metres from and measured north-westerly at right angles to the north-western side of that portion of Peacocks Road forming the south-eastern boundary of Part Allotment 56, Te Rapa Parish, contained in C.T. 774/5; thence north-easterly along a right line parallel to the said roadside to and northerly along the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 12490, and that boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River, thence westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

Fifthly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 22 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the western corner of Lot 5, D.P. S. 10005, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 172, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 5, the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 24, D.P. S. 13304, and Lots 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, and 15, D.P. S. 9826, the end of Waterford Road, the south-eastern boundary of Lot 14, D.P. S. 9826, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the south-western boundary of Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 35271; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the northern corner of Lot 2, D.P. S. 10005; thence south-westerly and south-easterly along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the said Lot 2 to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with a line parallel to and 35 metres south-east of and perpendicular to the south-eastern side of Dixon Road; thence south-westerly along the said line to the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 6710; thence easterly, southerly, and westerly along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of the said Lot 1, D.P. S. 6710, to a point 35 metres east of and perpendicular to the eastern side of Dixon Road, aforesaid; thence southerly along right lines parallel to that eastern side to and westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. S. 10094, to and southerly along the eastern side of Dixon Road, aforesaid, to the middle of State Highway 3; thence north-westerly along the generally north-western side of Dixon Road, aforesaid, to the southern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 6324; thence north-easterly along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Lots 4 and 5, D.P. S. 10005, to the point of commencement.

Sixthly, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, containing 32 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 35285, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1965, p. 172, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 5, D.P. S. 6673, to the easternmost corner of that lot and along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 28, D.P. S. 5480; thence generally southerly along the generally western boundaries of Lot 28, aforesaid, Lots 29, 19, and 20, D.P. S. 5480, Lot 2, D.P. S. 19394, Lot 2, D.P. S. 12878, and Lots 22 to 27, D.P. S. 5480, to and south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 27 and a right line across Houchens Road to the south-western corner of Lot 19, D.P. S. 3072, situated in Block VI, Hamilton Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of Houchens Road, aforesaid, to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P.
