authorising the Wairarapa Yacht Club (Inc.) to use and occupy a part of the lake shore and bed of Lake Wairarapa as a site for a jetty is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1976.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

  4. The licensee shall permit members of the general public to use the jetty referred to above at all times save as may be necessary for the proper conduct by the licensee of its annual regatta, provincial or national yachting championships.

Licensing Oliver Lawson Brain to use and occupy a Part of the Bed of the Kaituna River as a Site for a Jetty and Water Intake Pipe


PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Oliver Lawson Brain (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Kaituna River, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11044 and M.D. 10778 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and water intake pipe as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Kelvin Hastie to occupy a Site for a Breastwork, Jetty, and Shed at Taieri Mouth


PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Kelvin Hastie (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the river at Taieri Mouth, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13112 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a breastwork, jetty, and shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 20 September 1968*, authorising National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the river at Taieri Mouth, is hereby revoked.
