Change of the Name of Tauhoa Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the public domain described
in the Schedule hereto and known as the Tauhoa Domain
shall hereafter be known as the Hoteo North Domain.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a hall site to a

reserve for local purpose (fire station and community build-
ings), subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act.

The Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in Common
Fund) Notice 1977 (No. 2)
PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957,
the Minister of Finance hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Public Trust Office
    (Investment Agencies in the Common Fund) Notice
    1977 (No. 2).
    (b) This notice shall take effect as from and including
    the 1st day of September 1977.
  2. The rate of interest that may be paid by the Public
    Trustee on moneys invested by the Public Trustee as agent
    of any principal in the Common Fund of the Public Trust
    Office, pursuant to section 37 of the Public Trust Office Act
    1957, shall in each case be that which is agreed upon between
    the Public Trustee and the principal but not exceeding:
    (a) 5 percent per annum where the agency is determinable
    at call;
    (b) 7 percent per annum where the term of the agency
    is 6 months;
    (c) 8 percent per annum where the term of the agency
    is 1 year;
    (d) 9 percent per annum where the term of the agency is
    2 years; and
    (e) 10 percent per annum where the term of the agency
    is 3 years.
  3. The rate of interest, payable on any moneys so invested
    before the date this notice came into effect, shall be that
    prescribed by the corresponding provision of such previous
    notice as was in force on the date of commencement of the
    period of investment.
  4. The Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in the
    Common Fund) Notice 1977 is hereby revoked.

Hastings High Schools' Board of Governors Notice 1977
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Min-
ister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Hastings High Schools'
    Board of Governors Notice 1977.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    November 1977.
  2. The Board of Governors of Hastings Boys’ High School,
    Hastings Girls’ High School, and Karamu High School shall
    be known as the Hastings High Schools' Board of Governors
    and shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Hawkes Bay Education
    Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools
    under the control of the board;
    (c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending
    the schools under the control of the board;
    (d) One member appointed by the Hastings City Council;
    (e) One member appointed by the Hawke’s Bay County
    Council; and
    (f) One member co-opted by the board, if and when it
    thinks fit.
  3. This notice is in substitution for the Hastings High
    Schools' Board of Governors Notice 1976.
