Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Hokianga; and also pro-
claims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby closed, and that the road secondly described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Nancy
Alison Mackenzie, of Ohaeawai schoolteacher, and that the
road thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the said
Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in
Crown Lease R.L.F. No. 282, recorded in register book,
Volume 1322, folio 61, North Auckland Land Registry, and
also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly described
in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in
Jacobus Isaac Willem Colpa, of Broadwood, carpenter, sub-
ject to memorandum of mortgage No. A50163, North Auck-
land Land Registry, and that the road secondly described
in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in
the said Nancy Alison Mackenzie.
