The Cream Delivery Allowances Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Cream Delivery Allowances Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1.
   (ii) This notice shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of October 1977.
   (iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
   (iv) This notice amends the Cream Delivery Allowances Notice 1975* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”).

2. The principal notice is hereby varied by replacing the Schedule thereto with the following.

SCHEDULE

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF CREAM

Nature of Service
Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre

1. Delivery to shop dairies for resale in any quantity 9.80
2. Delivery to commercial users or consumers in quantities of:
   (a) Less than 2.4 litres per delivery 24.80
   (b) 2.4 litres and over per delivery 9.80

Exemption of Certain Motor Cycles from the Requirements as to Direction Indicator Lamps

PURSUANT to regulation 90 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts vehicles of the type specified in the Schedule hereto from the requirements of regulation 63 of the said regulations.

Approved Woolmarking Preparations (No. 1805 Ag. 6/8/2/3)

PURSUANT to section 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967 and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, under section 10 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section 69 and 94, the Director, Animal Health Division, of th Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby gives notice that the woolmarking preparations set out in the Schedule hereto (products of Lumina Limited, Waipahi) are approve for sale and general use in marking wool on sheep.
