Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, held as to an undivided one-half share by Ian Duncan McVicar, of Te Pohue, farmer, and as to the other undivided one-half share by Garth Neil McVicar and Bruce Ian McVicar, both of Mohaka, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. B1/703, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, is hereby taken for a metal pit, from and after the 12th day of August 1976.
