Reappointment of Member of Town and Country Planning Appeal Board

PURSUANT to section 39 (2) (c) and (3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General by his Deputy, has been pleased to reappoint Hugh Morrish Besley, Esquire to be a member of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board No. 2, for a further term of 3 years, as from 18 October 1976.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

(a) Declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, from and after the 12th day of August 1976; and

(b) Further declares the land, described in the said Schedule, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 12th day of August 1976.
