ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, Upper Hutt City, owned by the Wellington Regional Water Board, containing 2704 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the water supply intake weir on the Hutt River, at national grid reference 716507, and proceeding generally north-easterly to and along the spur south of the Hutt River to and across the Phillips Stream and proceeding generally in an easterly direction along the spur separating the eastern Hutt River and Phillips Stream to the summit of the Tararua Range; thence southerly along the summit of the Tararua Range to trig. station Turnbull; thence along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of Section 24 aforesaid; thence along the generally western boundary of Section 32, Block XVI, Akatarawa Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 19256, and Part 1, D.P. 8944, to and along the north-eastern and western boundaries of Part 1, D.P. 8944, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 1820, to and along the southern boundary of Section 30, Pakuratahi District, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 1820, to the north-west corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1820; thence westerly across Putaputa Creek to and along the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1820, to trig. H. Kakariki; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 2 and Section 1, Block XI, Akatarawa Survey District, to the easternmost corner of Section 1 aforesaid; thence south-easterly along the south-western watershed of Kerekere Stream to the point of commencement, being one of the areas edged green on Plan RL 55 at the office of the Wellington Regional Water Board.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, lying partly in Kapiti Borough, Upper Hutt City and Hutt County, owned by the Wellington Regional Water Board, containing 13,538 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 5, Block II, Akatarawa Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block VI, Akatarawa Survey District, shown on D.P. 613, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block X, Akatarawa Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 1, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, and Section 16, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Section 354, Hutt District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern, northern, and north-eastern boundaries of D.P. 10570, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, to the right bank of the Hutt River; thence southerly along that river bank to the south-eastern corner of part Section 421, Hutt District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 421, Hutt District, and part Lot 1, D.P. 9905, to the southernmost corner of Part Lot 1, D.P. 9905; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 9905, comprised in C.T. 10D-1233, to the easternmost corner of part Lot 2, D.P. 9905, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary across Three Skulls Road to the north side of Three Skulls Road; thence westerly along the northern side of that road to the south-western corner of part Lot 1, D.P. 9905, comprised in C.T. 10D-1232; thence south easterly across Three Skulls Road and along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 20, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, and Section 213, Hutt District; thence south-westerly and westerly along the south-eastern and southern boundaries of part Section 20, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, along the southern and south-western boundaries of part Section 21, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, comprised in C.T. 7D-1269 to the north-westerly corner of the last-mentioned section; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Section 10, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District

(this southern boundary crossing the Whakatiki River) and Section 22, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, to the south-west corner of Section 22 aforesaid; thence generally north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Section 22 aforesaid; to the north-western corner of Section 22 aforesaid; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Section 22, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District and north-easterly along the northern boundary of Section 10, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Section 10 aforesaid; thence north-westerly along a right line crossing Goat Hill Road to and along the south-western watershed of the tributary of the Whakatiki River, which tributary lies within Sections 8 and 7, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, to the eastern side of Goat Hill Road; thence north-westerly along that road to the westernmost corner of Section 7, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, and the southern boundary of Section 5, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, crossing the Whakatiki River and Bulls Run Road, and proceeding southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 6, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, to the south-western corner of Section 6 aforesaid; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Sections 6 and 5, Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, crossing Bulls Run Road, to the north-western corner of Section 5 aforesaid; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Section 5, Block IX, Akatarawa Survey District to the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 8106; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 8106 (the boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 8106, crossing the Wainui Stream) to the south-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 8106; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 8106, to and along the southern and western boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 8106, to the north-easternmost corner of Lot 27, D.P. 8760; thence westerly and generally northerly along the southern and western boundaries of Sections 12 and 2, Block VII, Paekakariki Survey District, to the north-western corner of Section 2 aforesaid; thence generally northerly along the eastern watershed of Horokiwi Stream to the point where that watershed intersects the western boundary of Section 1, Titi District; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of Section 1 aforesaid to a point where this boundary intersects the spur which leads to the source of the Maungakotukutuku Stream; thence north-easterly along the aforesaid spur to a point where this spur intersects the western boundary of Section 1, Titi District; thence north-easterly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 1, Titi District, to the northern corner of part Section 15, shown on D.P. 10581; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of part Section 15 shown on D.P. 10581, to the point where this boundary touches Munganui Road; thence across this road and northerly along its eastern side to the south-western corner of Section 5, Block II, Akatarawa Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Section 5 aforesaid to the point of commencement, the above land being one of the areas edged green on Plan RL55 at the office of the Wellington Regional Water Board.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, Upper Hutt City, owned by the Wellington Regional Water Board, containing 6703 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at trig. station Rimutaka, and proceeding generally westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of Section 351, Featherston Suburban District, to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with the summit of the Rimutaka Range; thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the Rimutaka Range to trig. station Bawbaw; thence westerly to and along the northern watershed of the Waiorongomai River to the southernmost corner of part Lot 13A, D.P. 944; thence generally northerly along the eastern boundaries of part Lot 13A and Lot 12A, D.P. 944, and part Lot 2, D.P. 3873, the end of Narrow Neck Road, the eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 3873; Lots 10A, 9A, 8, 7, 6, 5, D.P. 943; Section 416, Hutt District; and Section 299, Hutt District; to the north-eastern corner of Section 299, Hutt District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Section 9, Block XV, Akatarawa Survey District, crossing Plateau Road to the north-eastern corner of Section 9 aforesaid; thence northerly and easterly along the western and northern boundaries of Section 438,
