NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
Section 22, Public Works Act 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that a plan, showing those lands known as part Section 304, Town of Foxton, being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 5, folio 257, Wellington Registry, is open for inspection at the Foxton Borough Council Chambers, Main Street, Foxton. It is proposed that the said lands shall be proclaimed as roads or streets. Every person affected by this proposal may set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said lands and should send such written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board. If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of any such hearing.
