commencing at a point on the Wainuiomata River 80 metres
below the treatment plant (which is at national grid reference
532241) on the Wainuiomata River, and proceeding south-
easterly, to and along the south-western watershed of Sledge
Track Creek, to and generally easterly along the southern
watershed of George Stream and its tributaries, to and south-
easterly along the spur separating Telephone Creek and Puke-
taha Creek, crossing the Orongorongo River to and generally
south-easterly along the north-eastern watershed of North
Boulder Creek to the summit of the Rimutaka Range; then
south-westerly along that summit to and north-westerly along
the north-east boundary of Section A1, Orongorongo Block,
to and north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-
eastern and north-eastern boundaries of part Section 83,
Wainuiomata District; to and northerly along the western
boundary of Section 84, Wainuiomata District, to the
northernmost corner of Section 84 aforesaid; then generally
south-easterly and northerly along the south-western and
eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 14585, to the southern-
most corner of Lot 145, D.P. 19281; then north-easterly
along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 145 and 146,
D.P. 19281, to the southernmost corner of Section 34, Block

of $52,218, standing to the credit of the share premium
account and the sum of $80,000 standing to the credit of
share conversion account in the books of account of the
company as at 31st day of March 1976, was registered by

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of SCOTT GROUP LIMITED, a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Wellington:

NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 8th day of July 1976, the
Supreme Court of New Zealand made an order confirming
the reduction of the company’s share premium account, and
that, on the 27th day of July 1976, the said order together
with the minute approved by the Supreme Court giving
particulars of the reduction of the said account, was registered
by the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington.

The said minute is as follows:

The share premium account of Scott Group Limited,
which, as at 30 June 1975, was in credit $346,540 in the
books of account of the company, was, by virtue of a
special resolution of the company passed, on 2 July 1976,
duly confirmed by an order of the Supreme Court dated
8 July 1976, made available for distribution to the share-
holders in cash as the directors may from time to time
determine, and when so distributed by the company will
cease to exist.
