PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Southland County Hydatids Control District Order 1973, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Southland County Hydatids Control District Order 1973* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by omitting the words “the County of Southland,” and substituting the words “the Counties of Southland and Stewart Island,”.

   HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
   PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Mount Roskill Borough Council the land, described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Orders in Council of 14 December 1966 and 29 March 1976†, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve.
   SCHEDULE
   ALL that piece of reclaimed Auckland Harbour Board endowment-land, situated in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland Land District, containing 2289 square metres, as shown edged green on plan S.O. 68578, M.D. (N) 191.
   The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.
