This area was previously declared as (b) (v) in notice No. 948.

This notice replaces notice No. 948, dated 15 October 1974, and notice No. 1400, dated 25 March 1976.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1425 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of land declared as infected—

(i) An area of 10 acres and 27 perches, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining the intersection of Jenkin and Corbett Roads, Pukekohe, being Allot. 28, Sect. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 51/43 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining Jenkin Road, being Allot. 29 of Suburban Sect. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 768/246 (Auckland Registry).

The areas (b) (i) and (ii) were previously declared as (b) (iii) and (iv) in notice No. 948.

This notice replaces notice No. 948 dated 15 October 1974, and notice No. 1402 dated 25 March 1976.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1423 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(b) Other land within a radius of 30 kilometres of land declared as infected—

(i) An area of 15 acres 2 roods 4.4 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining the junction of Foy and Blakes Road, Pukekohe, being Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 23377, and portion Allotments 205 and 206 of Section 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 624/253 (Auckland Registry).

This area was previously declared as (a) (i) in notice No. 1379.

This notice should be read together with notices No. 1257, dated 7 October 1975, and No. 1379, dated 11 March 1976, and replaces notice No. 1401, dated 25 March 1976.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 April 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim to Invercargill), from its junction with Birds Lane to its junction with Martin Avenue, Wakefield, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 54/47/7 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 April 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from Balclutha Borough Boundary to its intersection of the southern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 12556, and part Section 8, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 72/22/11 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 April 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 5 State Highway (Tirau to Napier) from the Rotorua County Boundary (3A/3B Roads District Boundary) to its intersection with the western boundary of part Okoheriki 2D3A Block, approximately 200 metres west of Tarukenga Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 10 of plan LA 25/56/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Rotorua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Amending Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Pursuant to section 331A of the Public Works Act 1928, the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice, dated the 23rd day of February 1976, and published in Gazette, 4 March 1976, No. 23, p. 459, partially revoking that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Palmerston North via New Plymouth), by deleting the reference to “133 metres” and substituting therefor the reference “115 metres”.
