WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the first Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to replace the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring to the parcels of land under their new appellations.
