Notice by Minister of Trade and Industry of Consent to an Aggregation Proposal
Pursuant to section 68 of the Commerce Act 1975, the Minister of Trade and Industry, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance hereby consents to the aggregation proposal specified hereunder, being an aggregation proposal which also required consent under the Overseas Investment Act 1973 and the Overseas Investment Regulations 1974.*
Person by or on behalf of whom notice was given in terms of section 67 (1) of the Commerce Act 1975 Standard Telephone and Cables (Australia) Ltd., and Standard Telephone and Cables (U.K.) Ltd.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Lands as Maori Reservations Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands, described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the purpose of urupas for the common use and benefit of Ngaitai people.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT All that piece of land situated in Block II, Waiaua Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being 15 3 34 Torere Urupas (Hanoa, Te One, Owhainene, and Opeperu) as shown on the Torere consolidation scheme plan held by the Registrar of the Waiariki District of the Maori Land Court at Rotorua. Consolidation order of the Maori Land Court dated 13 August 1937.
