Control of Kapiti College No. 2 Notice 1976
Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives notice that he vests the control of Kapiti College No. 2 in the Kapiti College Board of Governors.

Te Aroha Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1976
Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licences the Te Aroha Borough Council, subject to the following conditions, to supply electricity to the public within the area described in the first Schedule hereto, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Second Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS

The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a) and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976.

This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1997.

This licence shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1976.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
The Borough of Te Aroha as constituted on the 31st day of March 1955.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC LINES AUTHORIZED
(a) A line commencing at a point on the boundary between the Borough of Te Aroha and the County of Piako, at the intersection of Stanley and Waihou Roads, and proceeding as follows:
(i) South-easterly along Stanley Road to a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 27037, with branch lines leading in a north-easterly direction to Lots 1, 2, and part Lot 3, D.P. 27037 aforesaid, in the Borough of Te Aroha;
(ii) South-westerly along the Waihou Road to a point opposite the south-western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 14475, with branch lines leading in a north-westerly direction to land within the Borough of Te Aroha, and in a south-easterly direction to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and portion of Lot 5, D.P. 27534, in the County of Piako, the said portion of Lot 5, D.P. 27534, being shown coloured red on the plan marked S.H.D. 360, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
The routes of the said lines along Stanley and Waihou Roads being indicated by means of green lines and green dotted lines on the said plan S.H.D. 360.
(b) A line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Borough of Te Aroha at the intersection of Centennial Avenue and Tui Road, and proceeding in an easterly direction along the southern side of Tui Road to the point on the western boundary of Section 117, Block IX, Aroha Survey District, where that road crosses the borough boundary. The said lines being more particularly shown by means of a broken red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 542, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 68 of the Commerce Act 1975, the Minister of Trade and Industry, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance hereby consents to the aggregation proposal specified hereunder, being an aggregation proposal which also required consent under the Overseas Investment Act 1973, and the Overseas Investment Regulations 1974*.
