any collective agreements or awards shall be paid for all work
done on that day at not less than twice the ordinary rate,
whether the work is performed wholly in or about the exhibition or otherwise: Provided that nothing in this subclause
shall be deemed to deprive any person of any other payment
for the said holiday to which he is entitled under any Act or
collective agreements or awards.
4. No assistant under 18 years of age shall be employed
in or about the exhibition after the hour of 10.30 p.m.
5. For the purposes of the enforcement of any collective
agreements or awards, any provision of which has been suspended by this order, any officer of the industrial union or
association concerned who is authorised in writing in that
behalf by the union or association shall be entitled to interview at his place of employment any person employed in or
about the exhibition under those collective agreements or
awards at such time or times as may be agreed upon between
the officer and the employer of that person, and for this
purpose any such officer shall be entitled at any time to have
access to the register of passes issued by the promoter.
6. Nothing in this notice shall be deemed to affect any provisions in any collective agreements or awards requiring
workers subject to such collective agreements or awards to be
members of a union.

Trident High School Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Trident High School
Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
June 1976. - The Board of Governors of Trident High School shall be
constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) Two members co-opted by the Board itself, if and when
it thinks fit;
(d) One member elected by the teachers at the school. - The Whakatane High School Board shall cease to control
Trident High School and the sole control of that school shall
be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2
of this notice. - The Whakatane No. 2 Secondary School Notice 1972 is
hereby revoked.

Rotorua High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE - (1) This notice may be cited as the Rotorua High Schools
Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
June 1976. - The Board of Governors of Rotorua Boys High School,
Rotorua Girls High School, Rotorua Lakes High School, and
Western Heights High School shall be known as the Rotorua
High Schools Board of Governors and shall be constituted
as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of Rotorua Boys
High School, Rotorua Girls High School, Rotorua
Lakes High School and Western Heights High School;
(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending Rotorua Boys High School;
(d) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Rotorua Girls High School;
(e) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending Rotorua Lakes High School;
(f) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending Western Heights High School;
(g) One member appointed by the Rotorua City Council;
(h) One member appointed by the Rotorua County Council;
(i) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself,
if and when it thinks fit. - This notice is in substitution for the Rotorua High Schools
Board of Governors Order 1959 (as amended by the Rotorua
High Schools Board of Governors Order 1959 Amendment
No. 1β ).

Napier High School Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education gives the following notice.
NOTICE - (1) This notice may be cited as the Napier High School
Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
June 1976. - The Board of Governors of Napier Boys High School,
Napier Girls High School, and Colenso High School shall be
known as the Napier High School Board of Governors and
shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Education
Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of all the schools
controlled by the Board of Governors;
(c) Three members elected by the parents of pupils attending Napier Boys High School;
(d) Three members elected by the parents of pupils attending Napier Girls High School, of whom at least one
shall be a woman;
(e) Three members elected by the parents of pupils attending Colenso High School;
(f) One member elected by the associations of employers
in local industry;
(g) One member elected by the associations of employees
in local industry;
(h) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Agricultural
and Pastoral Association (Incorporated). - The Napier High School Board of Governors Notice
1975 is revoked.

Taradale High School Board of Governors Notice 1976
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the

NOTICE - (1) This notice may be cited as the Taradale High School
Board of Governors Notice 1976.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
June 1976. - The Board of Governors of Taradale High School shall
be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Education
Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending
the school;
(d) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors
itself, if and when it thinks fit. - The Napier High School Board of Governors shall cease
to control Taradale High School and the sole control of that
school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted
by clause 2 of this notice.
