- Tariffs—The tariffs charged by each of the Golden Bay and Waimea Electric Power Boards, as at the date of this order, shall remain in force until new tariffs are fixed by the Tasman Electric Power Board. The equalisation of tariffs throughout the area shall be effected by the Tasman Electric Power Board within three (3) years from the date of this order.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TASMAN ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing all the Counties of Waimea and Golden Bay and part of the County of Inangahua, all the Boroughs of Motueka and Richmond, and part of the City of Nelson, bounded by a line commencing at Pukerau Point on the eastern sea coast of Tasman Bay and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to North Castor Peak; thence generally southerly and south-westerly along the summit of the Bryant Range through the Rai Saddle and Mount Duppa to the source of Heringa Creek on Saddle Hill; thence south-casterly down the middle of that creek to the middle of the Pelorus River; thence generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to its source on the summit of the Bryant Range, approximately 2 kilometres south-east of Slaty Peak; thence generally south-easterly along the summit of the said Bryant Range to the summit of the Richmond Range; thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the said Richmond Range passing through Old Man, Mount Rintoul, Bishops Cap, and Bushy Top to Wards Pass; again south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Top 2; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Square 34, and that boundary produced across Provincial State Highway No. 63 to its southern side; thence south-westerly along the southern side of that highway to the westernmost corner of Section 6, Square 34; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Section 6 to the south-eastern corner of Section 11, Block XIV, Motupiko Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 11 and the summit of the St Arnaud Range to Trig. St Arnaud; again generally south-westerly along the summit of the St Arnaud Range and the summit of the Spenser Mountains, passing through Camel, Mount McKay, Mount Humbolt, and Faerie Queen to the junction of the said Spenser Mountains with the Freyberg Range, approximately 1 kilometre south-west of Gloriana Peak; thence generally south-westerly, north-westerly, and northerly along the summit of the said Freyberg Range and the summit of the watershed between the Maruia and Glenroy Rivers, passing through Trig. FZ and Trig. EZ, to Mount Cann; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Block XIII, Matakaitaki Survey District, and that boundary produced across the eastern end of a public road to its southern side; thence generally westerly along the southern side of the said public road to and along the southern boundary of the said Block XIII, Matakaitaki Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Block IV, Rahu Survey District; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of Blocks IV, VIII, XII, and XVI, Rahu Survey District, to the north-western corner of Block I, Travers Survey District; thence due east and due south along the northern and eastern boundaries of the said Block I and the eastern boundary of Block IV, Travers Survey District, to a point on the Main Divide approximately 1.5 kilometres north-east of Lucretia; thence generally south-westerly and north-westerly along the summit of the Main Divide and the southern watershed of the Maruia River, passing through Lucretia and Trig. C, to the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block VII, Lewis Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Section 2, and the southern end of a public road to the southern corner of Section 1, Block VII, Lewis Survey District; thence north-westerly and north-easterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of the said Section 1 to a point on the south-western boundary of Section 20, Block III, Lewis Survey District; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of the said Section 20 and Section 7, Block III, Lewis Survey District, and the last-mentioned boundary produced across a public road to its north-western side; thence north-easterly along the north-western side of the said public road to a point on the southern watershed of the Maruia River; thence generally north-westerly along the said watershed passing through Mount Alexander to the western boundary of Block II, Lewis Survey District; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of Block II, Lewis Survey District, and Blocks XIV, X, VI, and II, Rahu Survey District, and Blocks XIV, X, VI, and II, Burnett Survey District, to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with the summit of the Brunner Range; thence generally northerly along the summit of the said Brunner Range passing through Mount Pelion and Mount Curtis to
the junction of the said Brunner Range with the Deepdale Ridge; thence generally north-easterly along the summit of the said Deepdale Ridge passing through Trig. K to a point due south of the confluence of the Eight Mile or Boundary Creek with the Buller River; thence due north along a right line to the mouth of the said Eight Mile or Boundary Creek; thence generally northerly along a leading spur on the western side of the said creek to Bald Hill; thence generally north-easterly along the summits of the Lyell Range and Matiri Range, passing through Rocky Tor, Thousand Acre Plateau, the Haystack, and Nugget Knob to the Whangapeka Saddle; thence generally north-easterly along the summit of the Arthur Range passing through Mount Luna and Mount Star to Mount Arthur; thence generally northerly and westerly along the summit of Pyramid Ridge passing through Gordons Pyramid to Trig. Tableland; thence generally north-westerly along the summit of the Peel Range passing through Mount Peel and Mount Ranolf to Aorere Peak, thence generally westerly and north-westerly along the summit of the Domett Range passing through Mount Centre and Aorere Saddle to Amohia Peak; thence generally north-easterly along the summit of the Gouland Range passing through Flanagan and Mount Gouland to Goul; thence generally westerly and northerly along the summit of the Tubman Range passing through Tubman Hill to the saddle approximately 1 kilometre south-south-east of Slaty Peak; thence generally south-easterly along the summit of the said Bryant Range to the summit of the Richmond Range; thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the said Richmond Range passing through Old Man, Mount Rintoul, Bishops Cap, and Bushy Top to Wards Pass; again south-westerly along a right line to Trig.
