"Headless Porker Sides" of a weight not less than 12 kg and not exceeding 25 kg graded prime quality: 135c per kilogram, f.o.b. all meat export ports.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 March 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Palmerston North via New Plymouth) from its junction with Turangi Road to its junction with Otaraoa Road, north of Waitara, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan L.A. 42/25/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 March 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from the eastern boundary of Cambridge Borough to its junction with Gorton Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 11 of plan L.A. 22/9/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 March 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from the Mangaweka Rail Crossing to the south-west boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 4025 at its intersection with the highway boundary on the south side, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 43/11/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

New Zealand Dairy Board—Notice of Election of Members for Northern Ward No. 1

I, Jack Liont Wright, Returning Officer, appointed under section 10 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, do hereby give notice of a poll to elect a member for the Northern Ward No. 1 on the New Zealand Dairy Board, and do hereby give further notice that Wednesday, 21 April 1976, is the date on which the rolls of electors for this ward shall be closed; that the nominations of candidates for the election of one member of the said ward must be in my hands by noon on Wednesday, 19 May 1976, and that in the event of more than one candidate being nominated in the said ward a poll will be held and such poll will be closed at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 June 1976.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau-a-Apanui.

Notice Redefining the Purpose and Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation was Set Apart

WHEREAS by Order in Council, dated 29 November 1967, published in Gazette, 7 December 1967, No. 80, page 2208, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation, and sports ground, for the common use and benefit of the owners and members of the Ngati Te Wehi tribe and related subtribes.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) and section 439 (5) (d) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, that the purposes of the Maori reservation and the person or class of persons for whose use and benefit it was made are hereby redefined so that the reservation enures for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of...
