Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release certain parcels of the land from the provisions of Part XXIV and to replace the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring only to the parcels of land which are to remain subject to Part XXIV.

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 11.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 12, issued contemporaneously with this notice.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
