PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby designate the Waipukurau County Council to be the administrative local authority in respect of the Central and Southern Hawke’s Bay Community Arts Council.

Order for Exemption From Filing Annually the Sixth Schedule Return Under the Life Insurance Act 1908 (as Amended by the Life Insurance Amendment Act 1974)

The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976.

(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 8th day of April 1976.

(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.

  1. In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—

"The Act" means the Milk Act 1967;

"Milk" has the same meaning as in the Act; but does not include cream or goats' milk;

"Milk district" means a milk district constituted and declared as a milk district under the Act;

"Shop dairy" means any shop where milk is sold for consumption or use off the premises, and where the milk so sold is sold in the form in which it was received into the shop;

"Standard rates" means the standard rates of margins and allowances payable in respect of the delivery of town milk specified in the Schedule hereto.

  1. This notice applies to all milk sold for human consumption, in any milk district, after the coming into force of this notice.

  2. The standard rates specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby fixed, with effect from and including the 1st day of January 1976.

  3. The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1973 is hereby revoked*.

SCHEDULE

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK

Nature of Service Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre
1. Delivery to shop dairies for resale in any quantity 3.12
2. Delivery to commercial users or consumers in quantities of
(a) Less than 12 litres per delivery 6.24
(b) 12 litres and over, per delivery 3.12

Notice of Approval of Bylaws

PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby approve the Rotorua City Council Lake Foreshore and City Waters Control Bylaw 1973, Amendment No. 1, 1976, made at a meeting of the Rotorua City Council, held on 16 February 1976, and confirmed at a meeting of the council held on 15 March 1976.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Pork Meat Basic Price Notice No. 4, 1976.

  2. This notice shall be operable from the date of publication of the Gazette.

  3. This notice fixes the basic f.o.b. price for pork meat as specified in the following Schedule.
