Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1399 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 2 acres 1 rood 6.5 perches, more or less, situated and adjoining the junction of Puni Road and Ward Street, Pukekohe, being Lot 3, D.P. 887, and part Allot. 49, Suburban Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 22D/920 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 2 acres 2 roods 7.2 perches, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Ward Street, Pukekohe, being Lot 4, D.P. 887, and part Allot. 49, Suburban Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 22D/921 (Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 12 acres and 20 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining the junction of Puke Hilltop and Jellicoe Roads, Pukekohe, being Lot 2, D.P. 221, and part Allot. 278 of Suburban Sect. 2 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 767/159 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 10 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Jellicoe Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 2, D.P. 13413, portion of Allot. 214 of Suburban Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 347/78 (Auckland Registry).

(iii) An area of 10 acres 1 rood 1.6 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Jellicoe Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 221, and part Allot. 278, Suburban Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 3C/912 (Auckland Registry).

(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 7 perches or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Marshlands, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. No. 3184, part of Rural Section 1477, C.T. 307/233 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 7.5 perches or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Marshlands, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. No. 3184, part of Rural Section 1477, C.T. 268/252 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) An area of 116 acres and 6 perches or thereabouts, situated south-east of and adjoining Lower Styx Road, Marshlands, in Block VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6532, Rural Section 28749, and part of Rural Sections 1472 and 1477, C.T. 412/148 (Canterbury Registry).
