Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1397 Ag. 61422)
Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 14 acres 2 roods 13 perches or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Hills Road, Marshlands, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lots 2, 3 and 7, D.P. No. 921,
C.T. 251/48 (Canterbury Registry).

Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 10 acres and 12 perches, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining Jenkin Road, Pukekohe, being Allot. 30 of Sect. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 51/38 (Auckland Registry).
This area was previously declared as (b) (v) in notice No. 948.
*This notice replaces notice No. 948 dated 15 October 1974.

Approved Woolmarking Preparation (No. 1411 Ag. 3104)
Pursuant to section 69 of the Animals Act 1967, notice is hereby given that, after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, the wool-marking preparation set out in the Schedule to this notice (a product of Dex and Allied Detergents Ltd., Christchurch) is approved for sale and general purpose use in marking wool on sheep.

Exemption From Regulation 50 of Traffic Regulations 1956
Pursuant to regulation 25A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Deputy Secretary for Transport hereby exempts the class of motor vehicles described below from the requirements of regulation 50 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1956 (which relates to passenger entry and exit doors on motor vehicles) subject to the conditions stated:
All those vehicles operated by Bay of Plenty Security Patrols Ltd. for the secure conveyance of cash or other valuable loads conditional upon any such vehicle, when in motion, being manned by not less than two people, including the driver, while the doors used for entrance and exit by the crew are locked from the inside.

Licensing the Kaipara Cooperative Dairy Factory Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in Helensville Creek
Pursuant to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1960, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Kaipara Cooperative Dairy Factory Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Helensville Creek as shown on plan marked M.D. 11271 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport, at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1976.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

The Road Classification (Marlborough County) Notice No. 1, 1976
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, the Deputy Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Marlborough County) Notice No. 1, 1976.

The Marlborough County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the notice, dated the 3rd day of July 1950*, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
