PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found--

(i) An area of 10 acres and 27 perches, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining the intersection of Jenkin and Corbett Roads, Pukekohe, being Allot. 28, Sect. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 51/43 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining Jenkin Road, being Allot. 29 of Suburban Sect. 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 768/246 (Auckland Registry).

The areas (b) (i) and (ii) were previously declared as (b) (iii) and (iv) in Notice No. 948.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found--

(i) An area of 7 acres and 17.8 perches, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Upper Queen Street, Pukekohe, being Lot 4, D.P. 13829, and portion Allot. 50 of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 311/174 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 15 acres 2 roods 19.2 perches, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Upper Queen Street, Pukekohe, being pt. Lot 1, D.P. 13621, and being pt. Allot. 50, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 4B/271 (Auckland Registry).

(iii) An area of 10 acres and 20.8 perches, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining the junction of Upper Queen Street and Woodlands Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 2 and pt. Lot 1, D.P. 13621, and being pt. Allot. 50, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 3A/342 (Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found--

(i) An area of 13.3379 hectares or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Lower Styx Road, Marshlands, in Block IV and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. No. 30900, C.T. 13A/1380 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being--

(i) An area of 5 acres and 1 perch or thereabouts, situated south-east of and adjoining Turners Road, Marshlands, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. 4068, C.T. 292/56 (Canterbury Registry).
