SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of April 1976.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be sixty dollars ($60); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Tourist Hotel Corporation to Occupy a Site for a Causeway and Pontoon Jetty at Freshwater Basin, Milford Sound

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Tourist Hotel Corporation (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Freshwater Basin, Milford Sound, as shown on plan marked M.D. 15737 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon jetty and causeway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws

PURSUANT to sections 165 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby approve the Whakatane Harbour Board Foreshore Bylaw adopted and passed by the Whakatane Harbour Board at a special meeting of the Board held on 1 December 1975.

Licensing the Albertland Cruising Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp and Wharf at Port Albert

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Albertland Cruising Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Albert as shown on plan marked M.D. 15455 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp and wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1976.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25); provided always that the Minister shall be twenty-five dollars ($25); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

(4) Every person who uses the boatramp and wharf who is not a member of the Albertland Cruising Club (Incorporated) shall pay to the club a due of 50 cents per day.

(5) There shall be free use and access for payers of dues upon payment of the prescribed dues, and free liberty at all reasonable times to use the boatramp and wharf by payers of the prescribed dues.

Licensing Glendowie Boating Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Clubhouse and Boat Storage at Ahu Point, Tamaki Estuary

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Glendowie Boating Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River at Ahu Point, Tamaki Estuary, as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 178 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland for the purpose of maintaining thereon such buildings, facilities, and access for boat storage as shown on the said plan and whose constructional details are shown on plans marked M.D. 9057, M.D. 9528, M.D. 10866, M.D. 12002, and M.D. (N) 178; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 13 June 1969* is hereby revoked.

Declaration of Vehicle with Motor Cycle Controls to be a Motor Cycle

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Transport Act 1962, the Deputy Secretary for Transport (acting pursuant to section 6 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968) hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto is a motor cycle for the purposes of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

The three-wheeled vehicle with motor cycle controls and a Jawa engine bearing the number 502/02/154442, which was manufactured in 1975 by Mr R. A. Moodie of Wellington.
