PURSUANT to section 9 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1947, the Minister of Justice approved on 24 February 1976 the transfer of the Dargaville and Maungatotoro Magistrates’ Courts from the North Shore Magisterial District to the Whangarei Magisterial District with effect from 25 March 1976.

Alteration in Frequency of Sittings in Magistrate’s Court, Helensville

PURSUANT to section 22 (1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1947, the Minister of Justice has approved that as from 1 March 1976 the Magistrate’s Court Helensville shall sit on 1 day every 6 weeks.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the notice dated 9 March 1960, published in Gazette, 24 March 1960, No. 20, page 384, declaring public highway to be State highway is hereby revoked, in so far as it affects the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto; and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.

FIRST SCHEDULE

No. 45 State Highway:

All that part from the Tokaora Dairy Factory to the Tokaora School, as shown more particularly on plan 4/94/1/3424/1 held in the Head Office of the Ministry of Works and Development, Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that public highway from the Tokaora Dairy Factory to the Tokaora School, as shown more particularly on plan 4/94/1/3424/1 held in the Head Office of the Ministry of Works and Development, Wellington.

Grade Standards for the Export of Apples and Pears Notice 1976 (No. 1374 Ag. 12/2/14)

PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1975*, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the grade standards for the export of apples and pears shall be as set out in this notice.

NOTICE

  1. Title—(1) This notice may be cited as the Grade Standards for the Export of Apples and Pears Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. Application of Notice—This notice determines the grade standards applicable for the export of apples and pears, and except with the prior written permission of the Director-General shall be the minimum grade standard for apples and pears exported from New Zealand.

  3. Title and grade—The grade mark assigned to this standard grade shall be “Fancy Class 1” (hereinafter referred to as “the grade”).
