Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1976

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1976.

(b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1976.

  1. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  2. The exemptions from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Notifying the Exchange of State Forest Land in the North Auckland Land District for Other Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the area described in the First Schedule hereto has been acquired as State forest land by way of exchange for the area described in the Second Schedule hereto, pursuant to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949.

Licensing Kingfish Lodge (Northland) Limited to Occupy a Site for a Pontoon Wharf at Kingfish Point, Whangaroa Harbour

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Kingfish Lodge (Northland) Limited (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Whangaroa Harbour as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 162 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1975.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred dollars ($100); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Fiordland Travel Limited to Occupy a Site for a Pontoon Jetty at Milford Sound

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Fiordland Travel Limited (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Milford Sound as shown on plans marked M.D. 14573 and M.D. 15493 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon jetty as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
