Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people generally.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block XV of the Manga-muka Survey District and described as follows:

1.76036 Motukiore 1 as created by a freehold order of the Maori Land Court dated the 20th day of September 1897.

Fixing the Ward Representation of the Rotorua/Taupo Pest Destruction Board (No. 1334 Ag. 6/13/2/6A)

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the North Otago Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the North Otago Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
The Borough of Oamaru, and the County of Waitaki.

PURSUANT to section 43 (3) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries for the purposes of the said section, hereby appoints the 5th day of March 1976 as the date to hold the first election of members of the Rotorua/Taupo Pest Destruction Board.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds Within the County of Opotiki (No. 1336 Ag. 12/10/4/1)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order, made by the Opotiki County Council on the 17th day of December is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
“That the Opotiki County Council, pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the plants described in the Schedule hereunder be declared noxious weeds within the County of Opotiki.

Common broom (Cytisus scoparius).
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).
Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense).

Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the notice dated 5 September 1974, published in Gazette, 12 September 1974, page 1930, declaring public highway to be State highway is hereby revoked, in so far as it affects the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto; and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NO. 1 STATE HIGHWAY
ALL that portion commencing 600 metres east of Woodbank Road and proceeding westwards via Woodbank Road thence southwards to a point 100 metres north of Waipapa Road, as shown more particularly on plan 6/2/1/3634/1, held in the office of the Ministry of Works and Development, Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NO. 1 STATE HIGHWAY
ALL that public highway commencing 600 metres east of Woodbank Road, and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction via Clarence River Bridge to a point 100 metres north of Waipapa Road, as shown more particularly on plan 6/2/1/3634/1, held in the office of the Ministry of Works and Development, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
