Amendment to the Rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Sharebrokers Act 1908, the Governor-General in Council on 22 January 1976 approved the following amendment to the Rules of the Wellington Stock Exchange.

WELLINGTON STOCK EXCHANGE
AMENDMENT OF RULES
Rule 56A (d)
Rule 56A (d) is deleted and the following Rule substituted:
Rule 56A (d): That until the membership of a member shall have been terminated or until such a member shall be deemed to have resigned his membership as hereinbefore set out, such member shall not be liable for his annual subscription but shall pay such lesser annual fee and observe such conditions as shall be determined from time to time by the Committee.

Licensing the Hokitika Borough Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Hokitika River

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Hokitika Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Hokitika River as shown on plan marked M.D. 15542 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1976.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Walter Allan Stronach to Occupy a Site for Mooring Piles at Tripod Bay, Waikawa Estuary

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby licence and permit Walter Allan Stronach (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the sea bed at Tripod Bay, Waikawa Estuary, as shown on plan marked M.D. 15740 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a

mooring as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Amending the Motor Launch (Westland Rivers) Notice 1975

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the Motor Launch (Westland Rivers) Notice 1975† is hereby amended by deleting paragraph 2 from the First Schedule and substituting:
"2. Grey River-Westland Land District: All the waters of the Grey River and its tributaries from its source to its confluence with Omotumotu Creek excepting thereout the waters of the Arnold River."
