Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 1020 square metres, more or less, situated west of and adjoining Formby Street, Outram, being Lot 6, D.P. 15163, and being part Section 1, Block V, West Taieri District, C.T. 5C/994 (Otago Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1340 Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 5 acres and 14.2 perches, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining State Highway No. 87 at the east end of the Taieri River Bridge, Outram, being parts of River Section 49, East Taieri District, Registration No. 127647 (210/478), C.T. 264/57 (Otago Registry).

(ii) An area of 2 roods and 32 perches, more or less, situated as part of C.T. 264/57, being Section 1238R on the public map of East Taieri District, C.T. 207/154 (Otago Registry).

(iii) An area of 9 acres and 15.3 perches, more or less, situated north of and with access to Hoylake Street in the Town District of Outram, being Lot 2, D.P. 6358, and being part River Section 38, West Taieri District, C.T. 327/115 (Otago Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 1 acre, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Holyhead and Formby Streets at their junction in the Town of Outram, being

sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block I, as delineated in the Town plan of Outram C.T. 94/191 (Otago Registry).

(ii) An area of 18 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining State Highway No. 87 and Holyhead Street east of their junction in the Town District of Outram, being part River Sections 37 and 38, West Taieri District, C.T. 321/43 (Otago Registry).

(iii) An area of 1 acre and 10 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining State Highway No. 87 west of the Taieri River Bridge in the Town District of Outram, being Section 1, Block XIV, Town of Outram, Registration No. 124151, C.T. 215/221 (Otago Registry).

(iv) An area of 105 acres, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Huntly Road in the Town District of Outram, being Sections 8 and 9, Block II on the public maps of the West Taieri District, C.T. 272/129 (Otago Registry).
