A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February 1976.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1421 square metres, situated in Block XII, Hamilton Survey District, being part Allotment 60 Pukekura Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 47999 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked "A".
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of January 1976.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in the City of Manukau

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of January 1976
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the City of Manukau the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by an Order in Council of 21 July 1965, such land to be vested as an esplanade reserve.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of reclaimed Crown land in the Tamaki River, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland Land District, containing 2760 square metres as shown edged red and marked A on plan S.O. 49492.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

Authorising the Marlborough Harbour Board to Reclaim Endowment Land at Havelock

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Marlborough Harbour Board to reclaim from Havelock Harbour an area of 2.07 hectares (5 acres and 19.8 perches), more or less, of endowment foreshore and harbour bed, as shown coloured sepia, and to construct a breakwater as shown on plan marked MD 15715, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Eatson and Francis Holdings Ltd. to reclaim from the Te Haumi River an area of 1850 square metres (73 perches), more or less, of Northland Harbour Board endowment land as shown edged brown on plan M.D. (N) 117 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland.
