A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 23 of the Statistics Act 1975, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that Tuesday, the 23rd day of March 1976, shall be the day on which the census of population and dwellings shall be taken and the time with reference to which the particulars shall relate shall be midnight between Tuesday, the 23rd day of March 1976, and Wednesday, the 24th day of March 1976.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of January 1976.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4,3250 hectares, situated in Block I, Takapau Survey District, being part Paeroa South B2B1 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 47743 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1976.
