NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—
HOBSON COUNTY
Pouto Rural Fire District
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson
County, containing approximately 27520 hectares, more or
less, situated in Blocks I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and
X, Te Kuri Survey District; blocks I and II, North Head
Survey District; Blocks I, II, IV, and V, Okaka Survey
District; Blocks IX, X, XIII, and XIV, Hukatere Survey
District; and described generally as follows: all that area
of Pouto Peninsula bounded to the north by the south side
Dargaville-Taingaehe Road from Taingaehe to the junction of
Dargaville-Taingaehe Road and Schicks Road, and then by
the south side of Schicks Road to the junction of Schicks
Road and the western boundary of Section 12, Block I,
Te Kuri Survey District, then across Schicks Road to the
northern point of part Section 11, Block I, Te Kuri Survey
District, and then by the north-western boundaries of the
said part Section 11 and the Te Kuri Part Registration Dis-
trict, Blocks I and IV, Te Kuri Survey District; and bounded
to the west, south, and east by the coastline.
As shown on plan N. 27/1, deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

The Southland Enterprises Incorporated Order 1976

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day
of November 1976
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment
Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title—This order may be cited as the Southland Enter-
    prises Incorporated Order 1976.

  2. Exemption—Southland Enterprises Incorporated, an or-
    ganisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section
    3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960,
    is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its premises at
    29 Gala Street, Invercargill, from:

(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that
would otherwise apply to persons employed in that
workshop; and

(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage
Act 1945, and section 34 of the Factories Act 1946.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in Manukau City Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of
December 1976
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests
in the Manukau City Council the land, described in the
Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation
by Order in Council of 29 January 1973*, such land to be
vested as an esplanade reserve.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of reclaimed Crown land, situated in Block II,
Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland Land District, con-
taining 520 square metres as shown on plan S.O. 51642,
M.D. 15798.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make
such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect
to this order.

WALLACE McMULLIN, a Judge of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, DENese LETITIA HENARE, of Auckland,
barrister and solicitor, MAURICE ROY McGREGOR, of
Christchurch, medical social worker, BARBARA JEANETTE
THOMSON, of Wellington, married woman, DOROTHY
GERTRUDE WINSTONE, of Auckland, married woman, and
MAURICE DOMINIC MATICH, of Dargaville, medical
practitioner:
GREETING :
WHEREAS by Our Warrant, dated the 23rd day of June 1975*,
We constituted you the said DUNCAN WALLACE
McMULLIN, DENese LETITIA HENARE, MAURICE
ROY McGREGOR, BARBARA JEANETTE THOMSON,
and DOROTHY GERTRUDE WINSTONE, together with
one GEOFFREY LEONARD BRINKMAN, of Hamilton,
medical practitioner, to be a Commission to receive representa-
tions upon, inquire into, investigate, and report upon the
matters relating to contraception, sterilisation, and abortion
referred to therein:
And Whereas by Our Warrant, dated the 12th day of
September 1975†, We reconstituted the said Commission by
appointing you, the said MAURICE DOMINIC MATICH,
to be a member of the said Commission in the stead of
the said GEOFFREY LEONARD BRINKMAN:
And Whereas you the said DUNCAN WALLACE
McMULLIN, DENese LETITIA HENARE, MAURICE
ROY McGREGOR, BARBARA JEANETTE THOMSON,
DOROTHY GERTRUDE WINSTONE, and MAURICE
DOMINIC MATICH, the members of the said Commission
as so reconstituted, were required by Our Warrant, dated the
23rd day of June 1975, to report, not later than the 30th day
of June 1976, your findings and opinions on the matters
aforesaid, together with such recommendations as you thought
fit to make in respect thereof:
And Whereas by Our Warrant dated the 10th day of May
1976† the time within which you were so required to report
was extended until the 30th day of September 1976:
And Whereas by Our Warrant dated the 27th day of
July 1976§ the time within which you were so required to
report was further extended until the 31st day of December
1976:
And Whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting
should be further extended as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, We do hereby extend until the 31st day
of March 1977 the time within which you are so required
to report, without prejudice to the liberty conferred on you
by Our Said Warrant, dated the 23rd day of June 1975,
to report your proceedings and findings from time to time
if you should judge it expedient so to do:
And We do hereby confirm Our Said Warrant, dated the
23rd day of June 1975, and the Commission thereby con-
stituted, save as modified by Our Said Warrant dated the
12th day of September 1975 and by these presents:
And, lastly, it is hereby declared that these presents are
issued under the authority of the Letters Patent of His Late
Majesty King George the Fifth, dated the 11th day of May
1917, and under the authority of and subject to the pro-
visions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New
Zealand.
In Witness whereof We have caused this Our Commission
to be issued and the Seal of New Zealand to be hereunto
affixed at Wellington this 20th day of December 1976.
