The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976, Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1.(i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976, Amendment No. 1.
(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1977.
(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
(iv) This notice amends the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”).

  1. The principal notice is hereby varied by replacing the Schedule thereto with the following.

SCHEDULE

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK

Nature of Service Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre

  1. Delivery to shop dairies for resale in any quantity 3.60
  2. Delivery to commercial users or consumers in quantities of-
    (1) Less than 12 litres per delivery 7.20
    (2) 12 litres and over per delivery 3.60

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that the proprietor of Wesley College has entered into an agreement to integrate Wesley College into the State school system, in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The agreement will take effect on and from 1 February 1977.

A copy is available for inspection at the Education Department; Head Office, Government Buildings, Wellington.

New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement

Pursuant to the terms of the Exchange of Letters, dated 27 November 1973, between member states party to the New Zealand-Australia Free Trade Agreement, being an Exchange of Letters, executed in accordance with Article 3:7 of that agreement, for the purpose of implementing special measures beneficial to the trade and development of Australia and New Zealand, the goods, listed in the Schedule to this notice, have been added to Schedule B as constituted by the said Exchange of Letters, with effect from 1 January 1977.

The rates of duty, quantitative levels, and other conditions of entry for these goods are as agreed between the two industries and between the Australian and New Zealand Governments.

Notice of Rate of Levy on Producers of Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee for 1976/77 Raspberry Season (No. 1603 Ag. 12/3/17)

Pursuant to the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1976, and the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 1, notice is hereby given that the following levy rates have been fixed by the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee for the 1976/77 season:

(a) Basic levy to be $20 per area of 5 decare or less, and
(b) Balance of levy to be $10 per 5 deacre lot or part thereof, after the first 5 decares as above, provided.
(c) The minimum levy be no less than $20 and the maximum levy no greater than $400 for producer.

Oaonui-Auckland Pipeline: Ngaruawahia-Huntly Section—Notice of Application

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Minister of Works and Development has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to construct a pipeline to convey natural gas from Ngaruawahia to Huntly. The pipeline will pass through the various properties along the route which has been flagged and already known to the property owners concerned.

The route is also shown on plans, accompanying the application copies of which are on view at the Maui Pipeline Project Office, 25-27 Hutt Road, Wellington, and the district office of Ministry of Works and Development at Hamilton.
