The Road Classification (Ellerslie Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Ellerslie Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976.

  2. The Ellerslie Borough Council's proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the Notice dated the 11th day of August 1950† which relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Redefining Purpose of Maori Reservation

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 439(5)(c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the Maori reservation was, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice in New Zealand Gazette, No. 32, 5 May 1955, page 737, are hereby redefined to be for the common use and benefit of and as a meeting place and burial ground for the members of the Whanau-a-Kai tribe.

ALL that piece of land, situated in Block I, Waimata Survey District, and described as follows:

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Taranaki County) Notice No. 2, 1976.

  2. The Taranaki County Council's proposed classification of the road, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the notice, dated the 26th day of September 1960†, which relates to the classification of the road, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1581 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) an area of 15 acres 2 roods 4.4 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining the junction of Foy and Blakes Road, Pukekohe, being Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 23377, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 624/253 (Auckland Registry).

This area was previously declared (b)(i) in Notice No. 1423.

*This notice should be read together with Notice No. 1257, dated 7 October 1975, No. 1379, dated 11 March 1976, No. 1401, dated 25 March 1976, and replaces Notice No. 1423, dated 14 April 1976.

Setting Aside Maori Freehold Land as a Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands, described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set aside as a Maori reservation and as a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Tutuanui family and its descendants.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, and Described as follows:

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1583 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) an area of 31 acres 3 roods 03.3 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining Kitchener Road East, and also adjoining Webb Street, Pukekohe, being part Allot. 45, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 889/236 (Auckland Registry).
