Notice of Acquisition of Public Reserve by the Crown
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is
hereby given that the land, described in the Schedule hereto,
has been acquired by way of lease as a reserve for scenic
purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act,
for a period expiring on the 31st day of January 1991.
SCHEDULE
Hawke's Bay Land District—Hawke's Bay County
Waimarama 2B2B Block, situated in Block IV, Oero Survey
District, and Block I, Waimarama Survey District: area,
28.1673 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume
48, folio 173, and lease No. 330749.1, Hawke's Bay Land
Registry.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by

whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that
Schedule.

their value for duty assessed on the basis of the f.o.b. export
selling price.

The Road Classification (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1976
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1976. -
The Manukau City Council's proposed classification of
the roads, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved. -
So much of the notice, dated the 15th day of June
1973†, and all of the notice, dated the 25th day of November
1958‡, which relate to the classification of the roads, described
in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.

MANUKAU CITY
Roads Classified in Class One
Browns Road (from Roscommon Road to Dagenham
Street), Roscommon Road (from Wiri Station Road to Browns
Road) and Tironui Road.
