NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Provided that only one vessel is using the
area at any one time motor launches and
water skiers may travel at speeds greater than
8 km per hour between this notice and a
marker post 850 metres distant upstream.
BATHERS KEEP OUT
2 There shall be erected at normal water levels on both
banks of the Mokau River, at the upstream limits of the
area described in the First Schedule, a conspicuous marker-
post painted with 300 mm bright orange and black bands.

MAORI LAND COURT SITTINGS
NOTICE is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Land Court will
be held during the period 1 January 1977 to 31 March 1978 at the
places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule
hereto.
The hour of commencement of each sitting will be notified in
the relevant panui. If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied,
the varied date will be notified in the panui.
This notice amends the notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 70, Thursday, 17 June 1976, page 1428.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds under the Noxious Weeds
Act 1950 in the County of Egmont (No. 1577 Ag. 12/10/4/3)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following special order, made by the Egmont County
Council on the 14th day of September 1976 is hereby pub-
lished.
SPECIAL ORDER
That, pursuant to section 3 (3) of the Noxious Weeds Act
1950, the Egmont County Council resolves by way of special
order that the following additional plants be declared noxious
weeds within the County of Egmont.
SCHEDULE
Stinking mayweed (Anthemis cotula).
Thorn apple (Datura stramonium).

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the disciplinary committee of the New Zealand
Law Society, on the 19th day of October 1976, ordered that
the name of
Joseph Patrick Hall, of Auckland,
be restored to the Roll of Barristers, and the Roll of Solicitors,
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, subject to the con-
dition that the said Joseph Patrick Hall shall not practise
as a solicitor on his own account, whether in partnership
or otherwise, until authorised by the disciplinary committee
to do so.
