National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 25, Pipiroa to Thames section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 16 inclusive, of plan M.O.W. 17294 and accompanying schedule, held at the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 November 1976, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 15 November 1971*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway, for one half of its width on the western side from the Kupata stream, southward for a distance of 300 metres.

Approval of Motor-Cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 49 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of regulation 29 of the said regulations, motor-cycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Safety helmets manufactured by AGV of Valenza Po, Italy, and marked “AGV × 72”, “AGV × 1000” and “AGV × 3000/80” and bearing the certification mark of the German standard organisation DIN 4848.

The Motor Launch (Clive River) Notice 1976—Hawke's Bay County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Clive River) Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Subject to the conditions, set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, the area of water, described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be exempted from regulations 11 (b), 11 (c), and 12 (b), and 12 (c) of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 between sunrise and sunset for a period of 2 years excepting during the first weekend of the duck shooting season and before the hour of 9 a.m. and after the hour of 4 p.m. during the subsequent weekends of such season.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that area of water of the Clive River extending from the estuary to a point marked with a notice board approximately 2.4 kilometres upstream.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Suitable notices as may be approved by the District Officer, Ministry of Transport, at Napier, shall be erected at the limits of the area described in the First Schedule to this notice.

Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Ngaruroro River) Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto shall be exempted from regulations 11 (b), 11 (c), and 12 (b) and 12 (c) of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 between sunrise and sunset for a period of 2 years excepting during the first weekend of the duck shooting season and before the hour of 9 a.m. and after the hour of 4 p.m. during the subsequent weekends of such season.

All that area of water of the Ngaruroro River extending downstream from Chesterhope Bridge to a point marked with a notice board approximately 100 metres downstream from State Highway No. 2 Bridge.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Suitable notices as may be approved by the District Officer, Ministry of Transport, at Napier, shall be erected at the limits of the area described in the First Schedule to this notice.

The Motor Launch (Mokau River) Notice 1976, Waitomo District Council
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice.
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Mokau River) Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette and shall remain in force for a period of 2 years.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply to the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that area of water of the Mokau River known as the Wairere dam, extending 850 metres upstream from the Wairere bridge.
SECOND SCHEDULE
- There shall be erected on both banks of the Mokau River, on the upstream side of the Wairere bridge, a notice board measuring not less than 800 mm by 600 mm, painted bright orange with black lettering in the following form.
