Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land

NOTICE is hereby given, that pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, set apart as a Maori reservation for a place of historical interest for the common use or benefit of the Ngati Raukawa and Ngati Toa tribes, constituted by notice, dated 29 January 1973 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 6, of 1 February 1973, page 170, is hereby cancelled.

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1976, No. 14.
  2. The notice, referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1976, No. 15.
  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 November 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from Blenheim Borough boundary to Seventeen Valley stream, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan LA 54/34/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 November 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 41 State Highway (Taumarunui-Turangi) from the Kuratau River bridge to its junction with Waihi Village Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan LA 41/78/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Taumarunui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 November 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 26 State Highway (Eureka-Morrinsville) for 20 metres either side of the junction of the common boundary between Part Lot 2, D.P. 13501, and Lot 2, D.P. S 21721 for the full width, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 22/94/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
