The Awatapu College Board of Governors Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Awatapu College
    Board of Governors Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    November 1976.

  2. The Board of Governors of Awatapu College shall be
    constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Wanganui Education
    Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) One member appointed by the Monrad Intermediate
    School Committee;
    (d) One member appointed by the Palmerston North Intermediate Normal School Committee;
    (e) One member appointed jointly by the Councils of
    Palmerston North Technical Institute, Palmerston
    North Teachers College, and Massey University;
    (f) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
    (g) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of
    Governors, if and when it thinks fit.

  3. The Awatapu High School Board of Governors Notice
    1975* is hereby revoked.

The Dunstan High School Board of Governors Notice 1976
(No. 2)

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Dunstan High School
    Board of Governors Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    November 1976.

  2. The Board of Governors of Dunstan High School shall
    be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) One member elected by the members of the school committees of the Alexandra School, the Blacks School, the Clyde School, the Lauder Railways School, the Omakau School, and the Terrace School;
    (e) One member appointed by the Central Otago Executive of the Women’s Division of the Federated Farmers and the Central Otago Federation of the Country Women's Institute; and
    (f) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  3. The Dunstan High School Board of Governors Notice
    1976* is hereby revoked.

Edgewater College Board of Governors Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Edgewater College
    Board of Governors Notice 1976.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    November 1976.

  2. The Board of Governors of Edgewater College shall be
    constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
    Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) One member appointed by the Manukau City Council;
    (e) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  3. The Edgewater College Board of Governors Notice 1975* is hereby revoked.

  2. The Board of Governors of Forest View High School
    shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Two members co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  3. The Forest View High School Board of Governors Notice
    1975* is hereby revoked.

  2. The Board of Governors for Havelock North High School
    shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Hawke’s Bay Education Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the Havelock North High School;
    (d) One member appointed by the Havelock North Borough Council;
    (e) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
