2. The Board of Governors of Palmerston North Boys' High School, Palmerston North Girls' High School, Queen Elizabeth College, and Freyberg High School shall be known as the Palmerston North High Schools Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:

(a) Two members appointed by the Wanganui Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of all the schools controlled by the board of governors;
(c) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Palmerston North Boys' High School;
(d) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Palmerston North Girls' High School;
(e) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Queen Elizabeth College;
(f) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Freyberg High School;
(g) Up to two members to be co-opted by the board of governors, if and when it thinks fit.

3. The Palmerston North High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1975* is hereby revoked.
