The Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 1, 1976

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
The roads, specified in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Hutt County at Whitemans Valley:

Avion Crescent.

Avion Road.

Avro Road.

Whitemans Valley Road: from a point 200 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Avro Road to a point 160 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from Avion Road.

Pakuranga College Board of Governors Notice 1976

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

(1) This notice may be cited as the Pakuranga College Board of Governors Notice 1976.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1976.

The Board of Governors of Pakuranga College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;

(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;

(d) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

The Pakuranga College Board of Governors Notice 1975* is hereby revoked.
